Brasília, March 11, 2004 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Provisional Measure (MP) 148, which alters the laws governing health plans and assigns jurisdiction to the National Agency of Complementary Health, as well as determining guidelines for an incentive program to adapt contracts signed before the law on health plans was sanctioned, was approved yesterday (10) on the floor of the Chamber of Deputies. The MP passed in the original form in which it was presented by the government. (DAS)
