Women's Day is commemorated with shows and debates in Pernambuco

Recife, 3/8/2004 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The commemorations of International Women's Day in Pernambuco will include shows, public hearings, a hike, debates and videos . The events were scheduled by local authorities in cooperation with local women's associations. As part of the celebrations, the city will inaugurate a reading and writing program for working women.
