Rio - On the eve of the Academy Award ceremonies, where the Brazilian film, "Cidade de Deus" (City of God), was up for four Oscars, the housing project where the movie was made got back in the news. And the news was more urban violence, as two municipal buses were torched by inhabitants who were protesting the death of a minor who was run over in a traffic accident on a nearby street. (AB)
