Brasília, 2/16/2004 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Party leaders of members of the Joint Congressional Budget Commission have reached an agreement that will permit a vote on the administration's Multi-Year Plan (PPP), which controls spending from 2004 to 2007). The vote is now scheduled for tomorrow, February 17.

The leaders agreed to insert an item in the bill making an annual review of primary surplus targets mandatory for the first time ever. (AB)
