Rio, 12/4/2003 (Agência Brasil – ABR) - ~Unesco deputy director general, Marcio Barbosa, says the organization will make a "profound" examination of the proposal made by Brazilian minister of Science and Technology, Roberto Amaral, to invest part of the debt of developing nations in education, science and technology in those nations. Barbosa said the examination would take a while because the idea was new. (AB)
