São Paulo, 11/20/2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - According to Heron do Carmo, the coordinator of the Consumer Price Index (IPC) survey, which is conducted by the Economic Research Institute Foundation (Fundação e Instituto de Pesquisa Econômicas) (FIPE) at the University of São Paulo, inflation in November will close out up around 0.20%, a significant drop from October when it rose 0.63%. Carmo says that inflation should remain low at the end of the year, but will rise again at the beginning of 2004. (AB)
