Rio, 9/16/2003 (Agência Brasil – ABr) – A mission of 25 Portugues businessmen has been in Brazil since last week to observe the agrobusiness sector and examine investment possibilities in Brazil's food segment.

The president of the Portuguese Agricultural Chamber (Câmara de Agricultura Lusófona) (CAL), Jorge Correia Santos, explained that the visit was due to "Brazil's technological leadership in tropical agriculture which would certainly be of interest to Portugal." (AB)
