Brasília, September 11, 2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - The Central Bank (BC) was able today to complete the renewal of 42.7% of the debt in exchange-rate linked contracts and titles, totalling US$ 1.484 billion, due next Wednesday (17). The BC informed that, today alone, it rolled over 10.2% of the debt that needs to be repaid, the equivalent of US$ 151.5 million. (DAS)
