Brasília - Aerospace technicians from Russia will arrive in Brazil tomorrow to assist in the investigation of the explosion of the satellite launch vehicle (VLS-1) at the Alcântara Launch Center which killed 21 people. The explosion occurred on Friday, August 22.

In an official note, the Brazilian Air Force, which runs the Brazilian space program, explains that the Russians have experience with VLS-type rockets. (AB)
