BC rolls over 80.9% of the exchange rate-pegged debt due August 1

Brasília, July 24, 2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Today the Central Bank (BC) rolled over 80.9% of the debt in exchange rate swap contracts, worth a total of US$ 502.4 million, due on August 1. The amount that was renewed came to US$ 406.6 million. (DAS)
