Brasília, July 24, 2003 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Ten days from the start of the Pan-American Games, the Brazilian delegation has begun arriving in Santo Domingo, site of the competition, which gets underway on August 1. The first members of the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) mission, headed by Marcus Vinícius Freire, landed in the capital of the Dominican Republic on Tuesday (22). (DAS)
