Recife, 12/5/2002 (Agência Brasil - ABr) - Specialists from Brazil, Spain, the United States and England have already begun talks in preparation for the I International Seminar on Human Being Traffic which begins Friday. Brazil wants to gather information which will permit it to draw up a law against such traffic and for the provision of assistance to victims of violence. The seminar is being sponsored by the UN, and the state of Pernambuco and its secretary of Social Defense. (AB)
